ABCUL inSight launched

ABCUL is delighted to launch ABCUL inSight – a market-leading business intelligence tool for credit unions.

In an increasingly competitive financial services market and with a new regulatory landscape to navigate, managers and directors need better access to – and understanding of – their own credit union’s performance data.

ABCUL inSight is the new tool – free for ABCUL members – which puts that power in credit unions’ hands.

The development of ABCUL inSight has been supported by The Credit Union Foundation with sponsorship from the Citi Foundation, and the new service was unveiled at the ABCUL Annual Conference in March.

ABCUL’s Head of Member Services Rosanna Donovan said: “We’ve responded to member’s requests for this sort of service, and we are excited to launch ABCUL inSight. Providing a clear, user friendly picture of the credit union’s performance and trends against all the key ratios, ABCUL inSight will prove an invaluable tool for boards and managers.

“The ability to easily track and measure the credit union’s performance means better data to inform business decisions and planning. We know this is something the regulators are keen to see credit unions doing, and we believe this new service will make a real positive difference to the running of credit unions across the country.”

ABCUL inSight is available to any credit union in Britain when they join the Association.

Credit unions can sign up now, and as the service rolls out, they will receive their latest and historic annual return data presented through ABCUL inSight. Monthly reports will also be available soon.
