Scotland is playing host to the Global Ethical Finance Forum (GEFF) an event which takes place in September 2017 between global leaders in ethical finance.
Held under the patronage of the Scottish Government and hosted by the Royal Bank of Scotland, The Global Ethical Finance Forum (GEFF) is an initiative from Middle East Global Advisors in strategic partnership with the Islamic Finance Council UK (UKIFC) - two leading institutions which are spearheading the agenda of sustainable and inclusive economy and of forging connections with the broader ethical finance industry.
GEFF 2017 aims to play a role in enabling stakeholders from the traditional responsible and Islamic finance sectors to forge and nurture new relationships and hopes to build cooperation across various sectors and geographies.
It brings a unique opportunity for ethical finance players in developed markets to engage and connect with the Islamic and faith-based financial sector.
The theme for GEFF 2017 is “Ethical Finance: Merging Profit & Purpose.” The event will take place on September 13 and 14 at the RBS Conference Centre in Edinburgh.
